Returns Policy

We at will always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products.

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box

All Brand New Mobiles Phones being sold at can be bought with or without warranty and the one under 1 Year Mobiles Service Warranty shall cover the “Software” & “Hardware” faults the unit develops in the corse of usage of your phone during the first year.

We in no way replace your phone in case your phone malfunctions and this warranty is only covering repairs cost which is labour cost to repair the phones. If any components are needed to be applied all costs are translated to the client before applying any fix and if the client agrees only then we proceed.

Refund Policy

Refund process begins after we have completed Quality Check on your returned product. The quality check process may take 1 to 3 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will notify you of the result as soon as the quality check is complete.

If my returned product is not validated for refund, how do I get informed?
If your return is invalid then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. Please make sure you are available at the corresponded time to accept the item at your doorstep. Failure to delivery will result in us holding your item for a 30 day period which you can collect yourself from our office.
